"God will do a new thing" Isaiah 43:19I am refreshed, revived and renewed in the vision that God had placed in my heart. He will do a new thing. He will provide a way in the wilderness and He will provide streams of living water in the desert. We have been in the wilderness and deserts of our life, in our families, in our church and in our province and nation. The year 2003 was full of tragedies and trials. The best is yet to come. The Gospel has to be spread all across our nation and all across the world. Christ’s call for our lives to evangelize will not be completed until every man, woman and child has had a fair chance to understand the significance of the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ and accept or reject it. The converts must then have the opportunity to worship Christ in a fellowship or a church like Celebration. There is a desperate need for a new move: a renewed challenge and call to reach out to all nations for the Lord. We shall proclaim Jesus to all the nations. We shall experience a mighty move of God, changing our lives and changing the lives of others, our families, communities and eventually our nation. The Gospel moves with slow and timid pace when Christians are not at their prayers early and late and long daily. Forget our petty differences and let us move forward and win the world for Jesus. They will know us by our love. Let us all be excited and be surprised at what the Lord will do for the year 2004. Let us always celebrate Jesus! He is an awesome God we serve. Pastor Edgar Lapeciros |
